Beside working with realtors and builders to create what they need for their listing or portfolio, we also love doing interior design for residential homes.

We help homeowners with picking a color palette throughout the home, furniture, home improvement ideas, etc. Our style is modern minimalism.

Examples of many things that we do: we suggested to get rid of the ugly wall AC in the living room and later install a ductless mini split unit for better appearance and energy efficiency. We also suggested to create built-in shelves for storage and fireplace to increase the value of the home.

Finally we include the links to all the items we pick and stage so our clients can just follow and purchase the furniture. What good is a design if it’s not realistic or practical?
