Vacant Home Premier Package

Starts at $3,200

This package is designed for high-end homes and new developments with larger scale and will take the staging to the next level with a more layered and designed look that can attract a more luxury buyer target.

Rooms included: living room, kitchen (eat-in kitchen), dining room, bathroom (or ½ bath), master bedroom and master bathroom.

Elevated furniture and decorations that were curated from both standard and high end inventory. Living room with 5-6 seats. Dining table with 6 seats and full dining set up. Queen bed/king bed in master bedroom (if applicable), select additional vanity/arm chairs or seating areas.

Upgraded high end furniture and designer decorations/ wall arts throughout the house.

The package quote increases depending on room and furniture requested.

Occupied staging and initial consulting session

Our interior designer will visit the property with a recommended checklist to get the house ready for listing. Depending on the walkthrough checklist, furniture/ decor requested from NDS will be charged accordingly.
